What Is Islam And How To Follow Islam In Present World?
Islam:
Islam is the religion of Muslims; a monotheistic faith regarded as revealed Mohammad as a Prophet of Allah. Islam is a religion of peace, love, humanity, faith, discipline and care basically, word Muslim means “one who submits to Allah”. In the seventh century, Muhammad claimed the angel Gabriel visited him. During these angelic visitations, this continued for about 23 years until Muhammad’s death.
Five Pillars Of Islam:
These five tenets compose the framework of obedience for Muslims:
The testimony of faith (shahada), first Kalma which means, “There is no deity but Allah. Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.”
Prayer (salat), five ritual prayers must be performed every day
Giving (zakaat), to the needy people with our own money
Fasting (roza), fasting in the ninth month of Islamic Calendar, you must not eat or drink from dawn to sunset
Pilgrimage (hajj), physically and financially possible must make the pilgrimage to Mecca in Saudi Arabia at least once. The Hajj is performed in the twelfth month of the Islamic calendar.
The Doctrine of Islam:
Belief in one Allah, Muslim belief, Allah is the one, eternal, creator and sovereign.
Belief in Angels
Belief in the Prophets, the Prophets includes the Biblical Prophets, but end with Muhammad as Allah’s last Prophet.
Belief in the last Day of Judgment and hereafter, everyone will be resurrected for the judgment into either into paradise or hell.
Belief in the revelations of Allah: Muslims except certain portions of the Bible, such as the Torah and the Gospels. They believe the Qur’an is the persistent, perfect word of Allah.
How To Follow Islam:
The first and most important thing for following the Islam is to learn and read Quran it means how to read the Quran in a perfect way without any mistake and then understand in such a way so that you can implement in your real life style. To follow all the teachings of Quran and Sunnah first you have to implement all the teachings and laws in yourself and in your home. For following Islam perfectly your environment of the home should be according to the teachings of Islam.
