That’s a good presentation — too bad the graphs are mostly hidden!
I can certainly say that Flynn’s enthusiasm for the Singaporian system has rubbed off on me. While I’m happy with single-payer (I lived in Canada for over 20 years), the cost savings of the Singaporian system are really tantalizing.
A big thing that ticks me off about the health care debate, though, is that people have a maddening lack of flexibility. We need more people that are willing to consider more proposals that are plausibly better than what we have now, even if it isn’t a perfect match to their political ideology.
