Another thing about limits is that you also have to come from the opposite side. For example, 2/-1 = -2, 2/-.1 = -20, 2/-.01 = -200. This is approaching negative infinity. For a limit to not be undefined both sides have to come to the same point. Negative infinity and infinity are not equivalent so that is why dividing by zero is undefined rather then infinity.
