The Benefits of Riding Bikes
It’s been a long time since I dropped riding a bike. Owing to the convenience of public transportation system in my home country, China, I haven’t thought of riding a bike for commuting. However, things has changed since I arrived here in the United States. Even though it is not popular for riding bikes, I can’t resist the idea of picking up riding it. There are many benefits about this sport-like exercise. Among them, the benefit for keeping health might be high lighted. It contributes a lot for keeping a healthy heart, which can reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. I feel that I am more vigorous while I am riding a bike, which makes me so excited. Believe or not, I even feel that I am in higher spirit after I take a ride than I don’t.
