Programming tests are great for checking for skills, but who chooses those who get to take get to take the tests. And where are the tests for design? Marketing? Management?

In startups now, it begins with programmers/founders who tend to be white and male, who then refer their friends, who are probably white and male. From then on, people hire people who are similar to themselves causing a domino effect.
