Instagram Filters is a collections of plug-ins who can recreate (as closely as possible) Instagram’s 2013 effects:

• Download the archive
• Unzip the files
• Copy each files to ~/.gimp-2.8/plug-ins
• They are now available in Gimp “Filters” menu
