Action is reaction

My 2016 goals are as follows:

  • Sport more. Food less. Lose fat.

Reaction? Delete the mcdonalds app, use Google fit more often.

  • Sleep when to sleep.

Reaction? Use sleep as Android. Sync with Google fit.

  • Eat the right food.

Installed fatsecret. Doesn’t sync good with Google fit. I’m afraid I’m gonna screw this up. I love food, fast food even more. Also, the whole first-record-then-eat-it bothers me.

  • Save more money.

Reaction? Let the pinpas rest at home. Delete the app which let me thinks I’m in the future. (pay per phone. Love it) not done this yet by the way. Just can’t let the feeling of free to pay when I want to pay go away.
