To get rid of Procrastination yup talking about Pomodoro technique 🍅

The Pomodoro Technique is actually a time management method. Pomodoro means A Tomato 🍅The technique uses a timer to break down work into the intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by 5 minute breaks.

The question is how the technique works🤔

1- Choose a task to be accomplished.

2- Set the Pomodoro to 25 minutes.

3- Work on that task until the Pomodoro rings(means a timer) then put a check in your sheet of paper.

4- Take short break(5 minutes is ok)

5- Do atleast 4 Pomodoro’s and at the 4th one there will be a break of about 15 to 20 minutes…

In this way our task is done efficiently 😇

I have applied this useful technique in my life and it proves much beneficial for me.

I have done two Pomodoro’s

Firstly , i was finding difficulty in doing my practical work. The diagrams to be drawn seems a difficult task for me. I applied Pomodoro technique on it. I continue doing it for 25 minutes and then i take a break of 5 minutes. In this way i completed my task and it made my work easier and gave me a sense of pleasure 😍💕

The second task was to help my brother in doing his fine arts. Surely it is the work to be done with full attention .

I was so busy that i could not find time to help him therefore i applied the Pomodoro technique for 25 minutes and takes breaks between doing the task..

In this way i completed my task and it gives me satisfaction and the sense that time is a precious gift from Allah💕

It is one of His greatest blessings and this technique helps me a lot to utilize my precious time .

This technique is very beneficial and i suggest it to all my friends and family members.

Time isn’t the main thing. It’s the only thing.
