Live.RaceCast.me Portal User Guide — Join An Event
Heading to the track and plan to live-stream your race? Check the list of Upcoming Events by clicking on the FLAG Icon.
If the event you are attending has already been created AND you have updated your “Live-Stream Title” with your car #, team name and race class for the upcoming event in your Settings, select the event and click the green “I’m Attending” button. You should now see that you have been added to the Event as a Participant in the Participants widget.
If the event you are attending hasn’t already been created, follow the simple instructions here to create one!
If you haven’t updated your “Live-Stream Title” in Settings, do that BEFORE you click the green “I’m Attending” button so the Event picks up the most recent version of your “Live-Stream Title”.
If you want to change your “Live-Stream Title” after you’ve already clicked “I’m Attending”, update your “Live-Stream Title” in Settings, then return to the event and click “I can’t make it”, then “I’m Attending”. This will remove you from the Participants list and re-add you using your newly set “Live-Stream Title”.
