Aquicore is pleased to announce our Utility Budgets Module. Now, property management teams can quickly analyze utility consumption across all accounts and service types in a single, clear view.

The Budget Module consists of two important new features: Utility Spend Insight and Utility Bill Insight. Utility Spend Insight tracks your monthly spend against budget with key factors overlaid — like weather and occupancy — to help you understand your true performance. Utility Bill Insight breaks down the costs on your bills in an easy-to-understand chart so you can quickly identify where you are spending the most. The module uses utility bill data, real-time energy, or a combination of both — so every building will benefit once fully onboarded.

Utility Spend Insight

The Utility Spend Chart shows your budgeted vs actuals. Your utility spend is charted out daily by using your utility usage multiplied by smart blended rate from your utility bills. Using the budget utilization for the current day and end of month projection you can be proactive to curb spending before your variance gets too big. Weather and energy notes from your engineering team are added context to help understand the changes in usage.

Utility Bill Analysis

The Utility Bill Analysis chart breaks down your bill’s charges into separate categories so you know where you are spending your money. You know if you are spending too much on demand, consumption, or if you have unexpected fees with the pie chart. See what days you are hitting your peak demand and what days you consumed the most energy to understand variances and to forecast better going forward.
