This is so helpful! I recently hired someone who is gender neutral, and although I work at a pretty progressive office, I’m still a little concerned about pronoun slip-ups. Not to mention concern over my new hire’s interactions with folks in the rural communities we work with. I’ve been trying to do some research online about how to properly introduce the idea of being gender neutral, and there’s not much out there.
