So I am one of the “stupid” “white women” middle-aged, educated and middle class, who fell for the ad. I have this to say, it is a hell of a lot better than most beer ads. Yes, it is corporate pandering, yes it deals with easy topics/types for people to feel “good” about.
I completely get your point and I am glad you made it. Thanks for the enlightenment. However, this stupid, white woman, has spent a good part of her life helping poor, illiterate people of many races learn to read, write, study. She has helped women with barely a HS degree start their own businesses. She grew up in a single parent household, albeit in the suburbs, with educated parents and a great schoold district. But her dad was a coke addict who went to jail. So before you dis all us stupid white women who fell for the ad, it is a step in the right direction.
