30 Days. Away from alcohol, sugar and processed foods… as I sit here in the bar at the OC airport drinking my mimosa to calm me before my flight, I can’t help but think how excited I am. I didn’t really even want this thing, I’m only drinking it out of habit and to soothe the little butterflies we all get before flying.

Im excited to see the results, both physically and mentally.I’m excited to challenge myself. I’m excited to break old habits and form new ones.
