Having fallen hard for my own reflected self in 2015, the year I posted more selfies than ever before and, spurred on by Rachel Syme’s frankly astounding tour de force on the subject, took every selfie as a political act of seeing and being seen, I realised this morning there is only one way for me to maintain a diary of any sort: it has to be something I’d already be doing (taking a selfie) and I have to be publicly accountable for it (posting a selfie).
A Selfie A Day

Becca! So glad you feel inspired to do this. Excited to follow your selfies and your 2016. It’ll be a good one. R.
