Hello Ali. Love your experience, vision and objective. I will be learning much more about Chariot’s business and plans as it rolls out in Austin. Know a little something about this business (Transportation & Mobility professional — past Limo Operations and Driving professional), and with my current focus on TNCs and Microtransit want to share an observation or question or two. Please listen to your customers continuously and have the easiest possible feedback mechanisms for them (Driver and Ride Experience feedback especially — already on Chariot App?). Some Yelp and other Reviews claim they are not followed up with on issues and complaints. Follow up is critical! Please too consider going EVs sooner rather than later. You have competition already that is all-electric. Lastly, yo have to get more approvals for pick-up and drop-off areas same as TNCs. And have your Drivers follow the rules and all other road rules.Do Chariot Vehicles have connected Telematics capabilities that includes Driving Behavior and Video capabilities foe Safety and for your Insurance?
