The Open Polymerase™ enzyme lineup consists of enzymes important for use in PCR, qPCR RT-PCR, and in vitro RNA synthesis in synthetic biology and molecular biology applications. The amino acid sequence list below will be used in generating a coding construct for producing protein from a bacterial protein synthesis system like E. coli Bl21 or P. putida EM383. The enzymes will be used in the following reagents:
