Terms & Conditions for Radio Mango Double Horse Sadyavattam.

These terms and conditions apply to the Radio Mango Double Horse Sadyavattam (“Contest”).

The Contest shall commence on 26th August 2023 and end on 02nd September 2023 (“Period”) both days inclusive. RADIO MANGO at its sole discretion may extend the time-line of the Contest.

The contest will be carried on through the website onam.radiomango.fm or by scanning the QR Code provided in the advertisement.

The participant can access the above interfaces to access and participate in the contest.

The contest is arranged in such a way that the participants will be provided the plantain leaf in digital format and slots for placing the items to be served in a Sadhya will also be marked. In each markings, there will be maximum of three options of items provided to be placed in the slots marked. There will be only one chance to place. The participant shall place the correct item in the correct slot from the option and the item once placed will be final. A timer will be displayed and the placing time will be counted for final results. The participants who place five or more items in the correct slot in the shortest time will be qualified to become winners through a lucky draw. There will be two sets of prizes.

RADIO MANGO reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of winners as per its discretion for this Contest. The internet/data cost need to be borne by the User themselves.

By participating in this Contest, the Participant fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these terms and conditions as well as the decisions of the RADIO MANGO selection panel, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

General rules and regulations applicable

RADIO MANGO reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the activity, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason. All decision of RADIO MANGO in respect of the Contest will be final and binding on the User.

All rights, title and interest, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights, in the content and in any and all responses received shall rest solely and exclusively with RADIO MANGO at all times in perpetuity. RADIO MANGO or any person or entity permitted by RADIO MANGO in this regard shall be entitled to use the response received or any information in connection with the entry in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity and any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the User(s).

Participant/Users of the contest hereby grant RADIO MANGO the right to publish their name, photo and address in newspaper, TV and digital platforms of RADIO MANGO in connection with this activity.

RADIO MANGO reserves the right to change, defer, alter or cancel this activity in part or full or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Any decision of RADIO MANGO in this regard and in general with respect to this activity and the terms and conditions thereto shall be final and binding. The decision of RADIO MANGO shall be final in all regards and no communication shall be entertained in this regard.

RADIO MANGO shall not be accountable/liable for any disruptions/stoppages/ interruptions or cancellation of the activity due to any government restrictions.

Failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or waiver of other rights or remedies on the part of RADIO MANGO.

The Sadhya being a customary practice within Kerala, the customs varies from place to place. After due research, MMCL has selected a format of the Sadhya arrangements which shall be the correct and final one for selecting the winners.

This Contest will be open to Users in India with the exception of employees of Malayala Manorama group, their immediate families, etc

RADIO MANGO shall under no circumstances be liable, whether jointly or severally, for any loss or damage suffered or sustained (including but not limited to consequential loss), including for personal injury or property damage suffered or sustained by the User, as a result of participating in the Contest.

By participating in this contest and thereby accepting the Terms and Conditions as mentioned herein, the User hereby releases RADIO MANGO and / or any of its respective officers / employees from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of participation in the Contest including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

RADIO MANGO shall not be responsible for the quality, fitness, merchantability, defect or deficiency etc. of the Prize and no claim or request, whatsoever, in this respect shall be entertained by the RADIO MANGO.

The Winner shall not without the specific prior written consent of RADIO MANGO publish or disclose any information in connection with the Contest or the Prize (in particular, without limitation, to a representative of the media, in whatever form).

The User shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to his/her participation in the activity by conducting an illegal act. User also undertake to indemnify RADIO MANGO and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents on the happening of such an event (including without limitation cost of attorney, legal charges, etc.) on full indemnity basis for any loss/damage suffered by RADIO MANGO on account of such act on the part of the User(s).

10 fortunate winners will have the chance to win branded gadgets such as headphones, smart watches, and bluetooth speakers. Goody Bag Prize: Among the prizes, there will be 50 winners selected who will each receive a goody bag with FMCG products worth Rs 1000.

The list of winners and the preselected order of the correct Sadhya Arrangement by Radio Mango will be published after September 2, 2023 or any such date Radio Mango decides and may notify, which is the last date for participating in the game. Only entries received before this date will be considered for the lucky dip. However Radio Mango reserves the right to change the date of the contest

Winners shall not be entitled to substitutions of prizes. Vouchers and other gifts cannot be exchanged or redeemed against cash value. Only one member from a family shall be eligible to participate.

Radio Mango will collect the contact information and other personal details so as to verify and identify the veracity and authenticity of the information provided by the Participants. Only prizes will be distributed to the person who establishes that his number is authentic with supporting statutory documents of identification. The personal data of the participants collected while participating in the contest will be stored in the server of Doubletic DigiBiz Solutions who is our vendor providing online services for Radio Mango and the data so stored will be deleted after distributing all the prizes.

The information collected will be used for contacting and the contestant is expressly giving his/her explicit consent to Malayala Manorama Co Private Limited and its affiliates to contact the persons whose information is given for the purpose of this contests and also for the promotional activities.

The contact may be made through SMS, Whatsapp, Facebook or any other social media platform and the consent given hereby is voluntary and without any compulsion.

Disputes if any in respect of the Term and conditions shall be decided by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator appointed by RADIO MANGO, and the venue of arbitration shall be Cochin.
