This is a poem that I wrote inspired by wellness. I am passionate about adding herbs and Whole Foods to your diet to improve your health. This is a poem about the potential health benefits of adding basil to your regular meal routine.
Put Basil on your Table🌿
You should eat some basil
From the garden 🪴 to the table
Put it on your pizza 🍕 or garnish your dish
For the following results that you wish
Aides with stomach ulcers and chronic joint pain
Boosts your mood and some functioning of the brain 🧠
This plant helps combat stress
Notice your skin breaks out less
High in vitamins A,C and K
Helps prevent a blood clotting delay 🩸
Assists with forming stronger bones 🦴
Tulsi basil juice breaks up kidney stones 🪨
Good sources of Iron, Manganese, and Copper
High in antioxidants and natural cancer cell stopper 🛑
Counteracts venom from snake bites
Can help lower episodes of high sugar spikes
Complements a salad, sandwich, soup, juice. or tea
I would eat some basil if it was up to me
