I ate a frog

No I ate a frog doesn’t mean that I actually had one in my meal. :)

Taking over the things and distractions in our daily life which hinders in our tasks. I most often gets distracted by the things around me during work.

Taking on this challenge I set a alarm of 20 minutes and the first thing that distracted me was my phone, i was receiving sms continuously and the solution to this I just switched off my sim.

Now after some time the distraction I faced was someone on the door, he was asking for something. I gave him that and than closed my door.

In next 10 mints I didn’t faced any distraction and I was able to complete my set task in this time.

This experience went very well, I came to know that focusing on a thing can be helpful in completing that quickly and precisely.
