If you can get your cars oil changed, you can lose weight

“New vehicles can run longer on the same oil than older ones can, and improvements in motor oil have extended its efficiency over longer periods of time, to be on the safe side, you might want to change your oil every 5,000 miles or every six months, whichever comes first. If you’re a freeway driver who goes on a lot of long journeys at high speeds, you can probably extend the oil change interval, but on anything but the newest vehicles, don’t go longer than 5,000 miles between changes. And never, under any circumstances, go farther than the manufacturer’s recommended maximum interval between oil changes.”

People follow this rule (for the most part) like their life depends on it…and for some it does…car maintenance is important.

You have note, a sticker, email and phone reminders and so on.

But when it comes to your HEALTH, Your fitness, your weight…that can get pushed aside.

You don’t write down how much you eat, you don’t make notes, you don;t know how much to eat, and you may even forget to eat.

Your car need an oil change, few do it them selves but for the most part you take your car somewhere

You need help with your health, fitness and weight loss, and most people refuse professional help like we offer at It’s Not Just Bootcamp

Your tires get changed every 40,000 miles, you need new air filters, fluids are changed and on and on…you do it fast and you take action.

If you took as much care of your body (the only one you get) as much as you watched your car….imagine how much healthier you would be..

Keep a reminder to change your oil, and keep reminders on when to workout and how often to eat
