Rafael dos Santos is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur in communication and events. During his 21 years of entrepreneurship, he has already been a press officer, and his clients have appeared in the media almost 2,000 times. Rafael is currently editor-in-chief and CEO of High Profile Magazine, Content Advisor for Harvard Business Review Magazine, TV presenter on Band (Brazil) and his chat show on Rádio Mais Brazil, in London.

He has won seven awards, including the Sunday Times ‘100 Most Inspiring Entrepreneurs in the UK’. His award-winning TEDx talk ‘What It Takes to Be a Migrant Entrepreneur’ has been watched over 157,000 times.
Rafael has already organized over 500 events in four countries and is the creator of the most prestigious event in the world for Brazilians abroad, ‘Best of Brazil Global Awards’, also known as the “Brazilian Oscar”. Rafael is the author of 5 books, speaks three languages, teaches at two universities and has an MBA.
