Life is short, don’t waste time!
Nowadays we live in a world that is always more concern about how we spend our time. Frequently, most of us spend time with things that don’t adds value to our social and professional lives. Things like watch TV, play video games, spend a lot of time on social media and other things.
So, how we can spend our time wisely? How can we give a step forward and don’t stay stuck on our “bad” habits? These questions isn’t easy to be answered. I’ll show you some of the habits that I adopt in my life, these make me feel better and productive.
#HABIT 1: Read

Do you’ve heard someone says: “Read a book and you will never be the same person”? Yeah, that’s right. When we read a book, we are exposed to the thoughts and experiences of life of another person, this open our minds to see the world in another way.
#HABIT 2: Exercise

There are many studies showing that exercise at least three times a week can improve your health and your productivity considerably. Just walk for few minutes a day, make our body produces and releases endorphins, that is responsible for wellbeing.
#HABIT 3: Learn something everyday.

It’s one of the most powerful habit that I adopt in my life. Every night I ask these two questions myself: “What I learned today?” and “How can I use this in my daily life?”. These are powerful questions, that makes me think how I can improve my life, my skills and my choices.
Here are three of my favorites habits. When I adopted them, I felt a huge difference in my daily life. So, don’t let the life pass without you do something that you’ll be proud in a few years. Make the difference in this world, help people to achieve their goals, volunteer, teach something. Participate and change the world for better.
