How to Install Chrome Extensions in Opera

Since Opera dropped its own Engine, and followed Chromium Project, first with the WebKit Engine and since 2013, with Blink, of course we should be able to use Chrome Extensions in Opera, and Opera Extensions in Chrome.

I want to present a very easy way to install almost any Chrome Extension in Opera. For it, just follow these steps:

1- Install “Download Chrome Extensions” extension.

2- Go to Chrome Store and find the Chrome Extensions you would like to add In Opera.

3- Click in “Add to Opera”

For example, let’s suppose you want to install Drag, that is a Chrome Extension that helps you to reduce the time you spend in your email by laying it out in a different way (just like Trello, but for Gmail).

For it, just click on this link.

And then, click in “Add to Opera”, like on the image below:

And if everythings works fine, you will enjoy Dragging emails around under your Opera Browser :) .

And that’s it!

Congratulations, you are now able to use your favorite Chrome Extensions in Opera. If this solution does not work for you, for some reason, i can may write a new post with other solutions, but since this is the simplest one and worked perfectly with my favorite Extension(Drag), i will leave like this for now ;).
