In person Drop at Systems Ltd.

This activity provided me an opportunity to see my dream company “Systems Ltd.”. I had never ever gone Systems Ltd but due to this activity I visited. First of all I researched about the company which I have already made many times. Then I made Resume and cover letter. I had forgotten that it’s my assignment. I was preparing myself as I am really going for the job.

I went to the Systems Ltd. But they didn’t allow me to enter in the Company. I spent around 30 minutes in front of the company then eventually I came back. I had not remembered the names of HR and some people in company. Then I made a plan to go with names of HR and few people who are senior in the company.

According to my plan I went there same uncle security asked me same question ‘beta kis se milna hai?’ I replied without any hesitation that I am here to meet with HR ‘Ayesha Haque’. This time I succeeded in my plan and I was allowed to enter in the Company. I didn’t know HR Ayesha Haque personally, so I asked from the reception about the HR Ayesha.

After that I had time to talk with Ayesha Haque. She is very nice lady. First of all I elaborated elevator pitch. She advised me to apply online. She was not ready to take my resume and cover letter. She saw my resume and cover letter with the bird’s eye view. She told me that they don’t have any seat vacant as any position is required will be published on website.

After some discussion behavior of the HR was changed even I was offered a cup of tea and she told me about the recruitment process of Systems Ltd. I got business card from her. Then I said thanks and left Systems Ltd. When I reached hostel I dropped “Thank you” email.
