How keeping a Beard changed me

I was never fascinated by the idea of keeping a beard until i kept one. I never felt or thought that I would love keeping a beard this much because during my childhood and early teens I used to hate beard but when I tried it, it was and is completely a worthwhile experience.

Identity and Uniqueness

A beard reminds me of my identity and manliness. It reminds me of my uniqueness because no one in my family has ever tried a beard. It makes me stand apart from them as I have a different personality than most of my family members

Maturity

It reminds me that out of all craziness in my personality, I have to be mature and act like a man. Now I feel like a person who has certain responsibilities with respect to family and career. It reminds me that I have to take bigger steps for my personal development.

Social Status

It reminds me of my social status. Now people interact with me on a different level as I look a bit aged and mature enough to deal with the challenges of life. And I would like add that it reminds me of my religion Islam.

Fashion

Last but not the least beard is in fashion guys so it also makes you look up-to-date with fashion and it’s trends. It adds a variety to my looks. It is a statement of style for me.
