Being a Vegetarian, switching to being a Vegan “seemed”easy, but then dairy is everywhere!
I started off my day with Coffee ( Aaah! my time to sit and enjoy the warmth ) and there! I had milk in it. It was so usual for me to just add it in. Then, rest of the day I was able to catch it early. Curds, Ghee, butter, honey,… being watchful. Today, I feel much better, things were done in much normal fashion.
Isn’t this the way with our thoughts as well? If we catch it early, observe them and with proper understanding act with Karma-Yoga attitude, and Prasada-Bhaava, it can become our nature with practice.
