Why high-performers don’t use to-do lists
Aytekin Tank

I read about one method that I sometimes use from HBR called 1:3:5, where you focus on one BIG/Crucial/strategic thing you have to do that will tangibly get you closer to your goals. 3 medium things, and 5 little things. I find when I use this system I always feel really good about what I’ve accomplished because there is an end in sight, and, I know I’ve worked on the most important thing instead of getting bogged down in endless unimportant tasks.
