The Darkest Hour Is Just Before Dawn.

The mind of man is created weak and feeble such that he loves anything and attaches himself to that which pleases him. As soon as he gets he betrayed, he finds no source of joy, he becomes weak and feeble. He cries so badly, he's so much in pains.

Then, different attitudes come from this feeling, sometimes he becomes desperate to revenge if he was offended, sometimes he accepts his fate and strives to improve, and sometimes, he may go as far as committing suicide.

It is human, to feel emotions, but the way we control ourselves in times of pains, depression, anger truly defines who we are. It is sad these days that a lot of people are dieing in silence, due to different troubles of life. It could be marital problems, failure at school, loss of a loved one, loss of a job, and many life challenges.

Life is not a bed of roses they say, of course, life was never meant to be perfect for anyone. There will be ups and downs, the days of happiness and sadness, the days of ease and hardships. There's always going be obstacles on our path in life, all we can do is get stronger and keep going.

The rate of suicide is alarming, there are too many drug addicts, and what makes it worse is the fact teenagers are greatly involved in this practice. Who says that committing suicide is the key to a happy life? Or who says that being obsessed with drugs will make ways out of difficulties? No! Never can that be.

People often forget that pains won't last forever, after the night comes the day, and light comes after darkness, after hardship comes ease. If only we could be patient with ourselves for awhile and find the roots of these problems, solutions will definitely pop up.

Reducing expectations from what life offers, preparing one's mind that the journey in life was not meant to be smooth. That hardships are temporary and will end soon. These are good ways of handling depressions.

Being optimistic about oneself, believing in one's ability, persevering through hardships, and hoping for the best will put our minds at peace. Our minds belong to us and none can take control of it, except ourselves. No matter what life throws at us, we can reform it to bring joy.

When we lose something we've always hoped for, instead of welcoming worries and being sorry for ourselves, we should keep in mind, that a better option will come. And what we lost was never meant for us. Whatever we have, is best for us. We just need the contentment of the heart.

Accept your fate and unleash your potentials. Only you can make yourself happy. Don't give up, this is your success story, many times, things just get worse before they get better and always remember the darkest hour is just before dawn!
