Actually there’s already an app that allows you to use drag and drop interfaces to create responsive designs. It’s called Webflow. But you probably want to make an interface that creates end-to-end web solutions. And that seems like a really cool idea, and I want to help. That said, I personally disagree that coding is dumb. What you’re suggesting is a GUI to coding, like file managers and terminals and graphical interfaces to console applications. Yes, that would be awesome, but it would be even better if it auto-generates code which would give you control on specific details. Also, how to do you plan to automate JavaScript? HTML and CSS are just content and styling, and already have GUI editors, but JavaScript is logic, and is pretty difficult to implement with drag-and-drop.
