Rahul Gandhi primary education takes place in Delhi. He later went to Doon School in Dehradun where he spent three years. After the assassination of his grandmother Indira Gandhi, He was home schooled with his sister Priyanka Gandhi. The childhood was spent under lots of security. By the time he managed to recover from the shock of his grandmother’s death, his father Rajeev Gandhi was assassinated leaving the entire family in great shock. His college education was completely ruined by this event yet he gathers up his courage and went to United States to complete his graduation.

Rahul Gandhi went to Cambridge and Trinity University in United Kingdom under an alias of Raul Vinci. He changed his identity to pursue his education even after all the threats he was facing. This strong will and bold attitude are one of the remarkable qualities of Rahul Gandhi.

Before joining the politics, Rahul Gandhi worked with a management consulting firm in London. He later started his own company in Mumbai which goes by the name of Backops Service PVT Ltd where he served as a director. When Rahul Gandhi first entered in politics in 2004 while declaring that he is going to fight Lok Sabha elections from his father’s constituency, Amethi (in Uttar Pradesh), his decision was criticised even by his part officials. Putting an end to all these assumptions, Rahul Gandhi made a huge victory with his debut in politics in 2004 elections.
