My impression

In my opinion, this book emphasizes the idea that life is constantly changing and that we must adapt to these changes in order to be successful and happy. I think we should focus on the change and strive to adapt to it, rather than trying to resist it or revert back to the way things were. While change can be frustrating at times, we can still work to adapt to it and find ways to move forward.
