Semi-complacent.

I am pissed off for being one. Just like everyone else I get to have my own aspirations and ambitions, which is not a big thing. Anyone with a stable mind is capable of having these.

Which question should I ask myself first?

“Are you going to do something about your dreams?” or “are you going to tell yourself a lie good enough to get through the day?”

A lie created and established for a temporary dopamine release. (Aww, feels nice)

I know in the back of my head, what I am supposed to do, but I end up being complacent even before achieving something notable or to my satisfaction.

Afraid of risks, afraid of failure, afraid of mediocrity, yet choosing it without a choice.

You don’t have to worry about the big world, you don’t have to spread negativity and wish for other’s failure, you don’t have to think what uncle John thinks about you. Just be honest with yourself.

you have your own timeline.

If not in 20s, it will happen in 30s. If not in 30s, maybe in 50s. But being honest with yourself should be consistent. Keep asking this to yourself “do you honestly take efforts consistently even at times of severe despair?”

Don’t get inspired by people who are very safe and comfortable with where they are, its their life and not yours.

Let me pass my light to you.

If you think you can be this and do this, you should be it and do it.
