Just to play devil’s advocate, if I hire candidates for a task or goal six months down the road, how am I making sure that the hire is still in a good place six months from now when that task is done? For that matter, if my goals pivot frequently, how do I make sure this sort of hiring strategy isn’t resulting in high early churn for employees?
