In survey it is shown that about 90% of world population consumes artificially prepared drinks such as cola and other fizzy drinks which have a bad impact on human health. We should alternate these bad drinks with great super natural juice which is one of phalsa juice. This juice enhances our immunity level, which is a great requirement in these days.

Qualities of phalsa:

Phalsa Contain large amount of vitamin C and traces of iron and sodium which essential in production as well as for smooth flow blood in vessels between organ and tissues within the body. In case of iron deficiency or anemia consuming good amount of ripe fruit may help in getting the iron level back and reduces fatigue as well.

It is a power house of energy, loaded with great amount of calories and carbohydrates which can meets the body requirements, that’s mean its contain remarkable nutrients profile.

How to make falsa juice?

So its very easy and quick, first of all you need these

Ingredients:

1. 1 ¾ cup flasa berries

2. 3 tablespoons sugar

3. 1 cup ice, crushed

4. 3 cups water, cold

5. 1 lemon

Directions:

1. Wash berries in water. Grind or blend in a grinder or blender.

2. Strain pulp well through a strainer.

3. Add water and sugar. Mix well.

4. Add lemon juice and crushed ice. Stir.

5. Serve chilled.

Don’t forget to add salt as per your taste.

Treats Diarrhea:

Stomach Pain:

Roast 3 grams (about 1 tea spoon) carom seeds or “Ajwain”. Add 25 to 30 ml falsa juice (2 table spoons). Stir and warm a bit. Drink to relieve stomach pain.
