Clear misunderstanding in a discussion that is asynchronous and not face2face. Would be nice to discuss this fac2face.

I came across the statement “3 years passed between version 2013 and version 2016 of the Scrum Guide”. I think it is kind of a value that this definition of an agile implementation changes slowly — as it is more on the principles side than on the practices side.

I agree with you to indict SAFe as this is rather a collection of practices that are arranged. And arrangements and practices evolve fast.

And the main difference of Scrum and SAFe ist that you need to add practices to Scrum to design your agile implementation, but you have to cut off in SAFe. That´s why SAFe is unsafe — most organizations do not have to courage to cut off.

What I wanr to say: In your accusation of agile methodologies in my personal opinion you mixed a bit apples with pears… ;-)
