These are all really great suggestions. Preparing meals, not just breakfast, ahead of time can benefit your body throughout the whole day. Sundays don’t always work for me, but I have found that keeping healthy meals in mind and knowing my schedule ahead of time helps me to know when I can prep for later. Of your four suggestions, my favorite is Overnight oats! I do this all the time because I generally can take the extra 5 minutes before bed that I wouldn’t have in the morning. Plus, there are so many things you can add to them. I really like blueberries, almonds and a little bit of vanilla and cinnamon with almond milk. I also thought it was interesting that you talked about the importance for having a balance in our lives with nutrition, finances, fitness, etc. I’ve found that since I may not always have control of some aspects that doing the little things helps to have somewhat of a victory. Fitness specifically, I do a wall sit while I brush my teeth. It’s seems small, but I make duel use of my time.
