I wonder why companies still want to setup offices in the Bay Area, even when alternatives are available. Moving to other states will make the life of the average employee easier and will also bring prosperity to the host state. Sure, you might not always get the California weather in other states. But, life isn’t too bad in other states. Am I missing something here ?
