UX Writing Challenge: Day 4 — Promotional Screen (2)

Bismillah.

Buat pecinta diskon, kalau udah liat label kuning atau merah di super market rasanya kayak nemu sebongkah berlian di tengah tumpukan sampah. Padahal sih diskonnya kadang di bawah seribu doang, tapi seneng aja gitu!

Apalagi kalau diskonnya ada di suatu app, udah gitu free ongkir lagi, wedewww parah… bisa kalap! (oke, skip dulu). Anyway, what type a person are you? Are you someone who always skip the notification promo in app or always click that? — for me, I would click the notification when it’s related to something I want, need, or… it’s really an interesting promo and worth to try. So, is it easy to make an attractive promotional home screen in app? Hmm… let’s try this one.

After in the Day 3 we exercise to write something (really) short, now let us try to play more words.

Menurut dari keterbatasan ilmu yang dimiliki, promotional home screen biasanya ada ‘punchline’ sebagai trigger agar user mau nge-klik notifikasi promo tersebut. So, here’s my thought…

Button: Subscribe Now

I choose to write “Need a one stop solution grocery?” because it feels like everything we need daily, it would be there… yap, ‘one stop solution grocery’.

Next, we could describe what we’re offer in that grocery and show it like it’s really something special for someone who read that notification. The last, absolutely the CTA for user to easily subscribe the offer.
