What would you say about the situation where a candidate has to learn a plethora of topics in order to get through exams and some major tech company’s recruitment?

Sure, we are not designed for information overload but what would you say about the market which expects candidates to be all-rounders and to have 5 years of experience, right out of the college.

What about the societies which crown 13 year old computer programmers as prodigies and geniuses when most of the time it’s the early access to the information and resources which shaped their personality and mind. I’ve sourced this from the book Outliers.

Information fatigue is real but I think it is also required in today’s world. Multitasking is a norm.

What are your views about it?
