Worrying about something or being sad doesn't help things get better. We can either solve the problem that screws us or change the way we look that problem. Whenever we feel low worrying about something, life will more often than not, kiss us with the lips of a good lesson. Learn how to handle the problem, instead of making it complicated so that the next time it doesn’t actually look like a problem.
We may all have problems in relationship, work, business, finance but not all are static. When you face such issues what kind of relaxation do you usually look for? It could be alcohol, smoking, sex, and etc. But once the relaxation phase is over, those problems will strike you harder than before. We have to accept that some problems are unavoidable. Like, when your hot headed boss berates you for your mistake don’t show him up front that you’re a hot head too, just take it cool and ‘react’ to the root of the issue rather than ‘responding’ to the boss.
It doesn’t mean you have to ignore the problem, but feeling low for days together is totally insensible. Just take a 5 minute break to worry about it, then get your ass back to the usual life to work for the solution.
