Fire

Standing by my side alone in the dark,
you came by stone against the stone as a tiny spark
with little wood of hope, I saw the flame of light,
burning through my rage I was ready to fight

Time ticks through the midnight,
and finally I had got you to ignite
I fed you nature through wood and fern,
Oh wow, you started to burn, burn and burn

you selflessly burned through everything to keep me warm,
while I am worrying about the forthcoming storm
with the wind so mighty trying to extinguish,
I am trying so hard not to relinquish

I wake up to the morning rays,
nothing but ashes of you stays
with the fresh breeze of light I start to move on,
knowing the fact I have to see you at dawn
