Food is a very important aspect of a person’s life. A lot of time goes into planning each meal. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day; ideally, it should also be the heaviest. The concept of breakfast originated in England and in time has spread to other parts of the world. Breakfast foods vary from place to place. However, the most common dishes to eat are — eggs, toasts, sausages, bacon, pancakes, French toast, fruits, cereal, baked beans, etc. The idea of going to restaurants for breakfast has also come up in a big way. Similar to breakfast, brunch is a fairly new concept; it is the combination of breakfast and lunch.

There are wide ranges of options that fall under breakfast. The most common being a simple cereal with cold milk and some orange juice on the side or eggs sunny side up with a side of bacon and fresh fruits, eggs benedict with some fresh vegetables drizzled with delicious hollandaise sauce is a delicious breakfast option as well. Smoothies enriched with fruits and often some vegetables like spinach, carrots, kale etc. have taken to the masses widely. Sunday breakfast is usually a family affair, restaurants like Smoke House Deli serve breakfast and have a very vast menu, giving you options apart from the usual and also save you from cooking and cleaning.

Breakfast improves a your metabolism and ensures that you do not overeat in the day. The term breakfast itself means — break the fast, as you haven’t eaten all night. It lowers chances of diabetes as it keeps your blood sugar levels in place. Most of the best restaurants in Bangalore and Delhi serve an extensive variety of breakfast foods. Eating a good wholesome breakfast ensure your day goes well as you have the energy to face any obstacle head on, it also keeps your weight in check and strengthens your immunity.

If you are not in the mood for lunch and skipped breakfast because you slept in, you can always grab a nice brunch — pork sausages, chicken sausages, salami, ham, toasts, cereals, fruits, yogurt, salads, sandwiches, waffles (savory and sweet), pancakes, soups, different types of eggs, baked beans, vegetables etc.

Food is a very important part of life. Eating a good meal always makes a person feel better and also puts them in a better position to complete.
