I do think it doesn’t solve the problem they are trying to tackle. There is always a perceived productivity and a real productivity. Very few people only realise the real productivity. While I like the fact that it allows you to have the right thread of messages, organisation gets tricky as you scale. It is tending more towards becoming a facebook for office.
