Gamification: 3 elements to a great experience

This is very simple. Design for 3 human things:
- Attract: Invitation to interact: An invitation (in whatever form) that invites people to engage and enables people to use their senses (touch, smell, sight…)…because an appropriate invitation leads to predictable behaviour
- Engage: Moments of discovery, delight and discussion: Memorable moments that are unexpected, that stop people in their tracks, that snap them out of a moment and put them in another moment
- Reward: Walking away with something: Not necessarily money, but new things that are unlocked, stories people can take away, memories that they can share, other stuff that maybe important to them
