“CRIMINALIZED” CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM

Lawyers coming straight out of college bank-on jailhouse criminals. Inner city folk become a boot training camp for new lawyers. Public subsidies (i.e. reimbursements) pay for pubic defendant lawyers coming out of college. 1) The “fact” is that lawyers’ college loans are paid by inner city folk.

Cleveland public schools students’ become prey for (predatorized by) those same lawyers.

Jailhouse credit “criminalizes” the criminal justice system. Inner city courtroom defendants make easy targets for “County In Crisis” (i.e. corrupt Cuyahoga County) judges. Inner city folk cannot afford to pay for “legal” bail bond insurance policies — or private defense lawyers. Public defendant lawyers owe a debt of servitude to judges — not to jailhouse defendants.

Judges use their power to provide jailhouse criminal credit [i.e. Monopoly money] bail bonds to inner city defendants. 2) The “fact” is that inner city folk finance “criminalizing” the criminal justice system.

Lawyer like “Timothy Kucharski” — are trained by bail bond insurance agencies. Later those lawyers work for insurance agencies. Lawyers like “Timothy Kucharski” are tainted lawyers. Ties to insurance agencies make lawyers like “Timothy Kucharski” indebted. City or county prosecutors and bail bond insurance agencies own lawyers like “Timothy Kucharski’s” careers.

Jailhouse credits are not generous benefits provided to criminals by judges. Jailhouse credit is all about money and power — judges power!

Insurance companies trafficking in jailhouse credit — own judges like “Judge Richard McMonagle” and lawyers like “Timothy Kucharski’s” and Ohio Governor John Kasich’s careers. Worse, inner city folk finance lawyers like “Timothy Kucharski’s” career. All three are the products of one evil — That is jailhouse credit.

I have just described why Cuyahoga County is a “County in Crisis.”

Judges and lawyers are engaging in, protecting, and benefiting from trafficking in jailhouse credit’s Monopoly money. In spite of the fact, that inner city folk finance judges and lawyers college careers. The big money involves insurance agencies that become tax havens for their legal careers.

By buying into jailhouse bail bond credit — inner city folk finance 1) insurance companies and a 2) “County in Crisis.” Now, I have just explained organized racketeering, money laundering and corruption.

For those reasons (and more) — advertising or selling jailhouse credit bail bond insurance policies is plain old deceitful.

The author is a survivor of Cuyahoga County Judge Richard McMonagle’s public corruption program. Greed breeds victims.
