I liked the example about the restaurant brochure. However, how do you get insights from the customer feedback dat?. What if everyone would have preferred the idea, if it had been an app?

I ‘ve been in this spot of bother many times where I doubt if my approach for MVP was wrong. Like, what if the 1–800 didn’t work for Ola. Would they have ditched their whole thing? Thanks :)
