Q & A’s with Miami Dolphins very own running back Arian Foster.

After going undrafted in the 2009 NFL draft, Arian foster was signed to the Houston Texans. During his time in Houston, Foster made a lot of strides that eventually got him an opportunity to play for the 2011 Pro Bowl, his first ever. However, during the 15–16 season, Foster ruptured his Achilles Tendon, which ended his season abruptly. Foster was released by the Texans on March 3, 2016 , and on July 8, 2016 he signed with the Miami Dolphins on a one year contract.

Q. What is your favorite team?

Arian Foster: Oakland Raiders

Q. Which players have you learnt the most from?

Arian Foster: Berry Sanders was always the role model for me as far as players go

Q. Which NFL player/players make you laugh out loud?

Arian Foster: I always thought TO was a hilarious to watch. Ocho cinco too…

Q. What would you be doing if you never played football, what would you be doing with your life?

Arian Foster: Probably making music.. It’s always been a passion of mine

Q. Have you and your family moved around a lot while you were growing up?

Arian Foster: Not really. I moved with my pops in high school to mission bay. That’s it though.

Q. What was the craziest thing your team make you do as a rookie?

Arian Foster: Nothing too crazy. It was more getting pushed to work hard during practice to finally get some PT

Q. During your Achilles injury, what kept you going/ motivated? And how did it feel to be sidelined?

Arian Foster: The same thing that’s always kept me motivated.. I love the game. It’s never fun watching your team play without you. You just wanna help even though you can’t. That feeling doesn’t go away

Q. How did you stay motivated after you got cut from Houston?

Arian Foster: Same answer. Wanting to get back to the game, providing for my family.

Q. What was it like to go from being paid over 40 million to your current contract with Miami?

Arian Foster: I mean, how would you feel if that happened?

Q. Do you like Houston more or Miami?

Arian Foster: I haven’t really had a lot of time to take in Miami yet, and Houston was my home for a minute.. Hard question to answer.

Q. What outcome do you expect by sitting out of the Nation Anthem? What kind of change do you want to see and who are you trying to inspire?

Arian Foster: My mark on the game. That you can come from something small and be something big.

Arian Foster: Extremely important. If you don’t give back then your mark won’t be made.
