I’m glad I kept reading — your main 3 tips are ones I’ve stumbled into myself over the years, but Zero Chrome Tabs (or ok, maybe 2 or 3) following your guidelines sounds like something worth trying. Mine proliferate with things I’d like to get back to until Chrome processes end up taking my computer down, which is clearly a sign that it’s time for a change of habits.
