Have you ever wondered…. why some people are brilliant and thinks in a way that we never think? it’s all about how they utilize their brain and their brain health. Here are a few things which you need to stop doing, if you want to become a brilliant person. let get dive into the topic.

  1. Too much relaxation for the brain

Nowadays most of us come from work or college/school without wasting a minute we start scrolling through social media. we do not take a nap or do our basic things like cleaning and washing clothes. addicting social media means too much relaxation to our brain and watching too much of movies/web series is like an addiction by doing all these things our brain gets relaxed this is the time the dopamine gets released, it dopamine hormone makes us so relaxed and our brain likes it. the next day, our brain makes us do the same thing as which last time dopamine was released. so do not rest too much of your brain. listing too much music also causes dopamine release

2. Not having a good sleep

You know one thing our brain repairs itself while we sleep and our brain does a lot of things when we go to sleep. our neuron structure starts to evolve while we sleep and our immune system works full-fledged when we go to sleep. if we do not have a good sleeping pattern we are causing brain damage.
lack of sleep will reduce brain power slowly we start forgetting small things just as forgetting keys and work we need to complete
in the 21st century most people are using a smartphone, using smartphones in dark rooms, and the blue light coming from the phone it blue light can disturb your sleep. as work we have we can not stop using mobile phone/ PC but it better stop using smartphone 2hours before you going to sleep. trust me a good sleep can make your brain better

3. Smoking and alcohol

Smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol will damage your brain more than other bad habits, Cigarettes are made with nicotine which is not good for your brain. nicotine cause the release of dopamine hormone. and drinking alcohol makes interferes with the brain’s communication pathways and can affect the way the brain looks and works. Alcohol makes it harder to think and make judgments about its job. stop taking cigarettes and alcohol

4. Staying alone

Yes… staying alone makes our brain think negative thoughts which is not good for our health. staying alone is better when you need a time for your self but isolation of your self will damage your brain

finally, I would like to let you know one thing a brain is a great machine that no one in this world can create it. so take good care of your brain
