We are all human, it’s okay if you think you haven’t done enough for the week.

It is not possible to perform at your peak all the time; your mind needs a break and some peace in between.

It’s okay to take a pause, no need to rush.

Sometimes all you want is “you” time. When you care to do things that will make you feel alive. Or things which you’d love to do.

These things shouldn’t have to make any sense to anyone but you.

It doesn’t need to come under the productive category or be useful. But still, you finish it, just because you like it. You like that feeling.

You do it because you want it, you want that satisfaction of getting it done.

It could be reading your favourite book, watching your favourite series, hitting the gym or just lying down in bed thinking the whole day about the person you love, or just recollecting the pleasant memories you had with them.

Or put your earphones on enjoying the beat and suddenly you can connect yourself with the song line is also a way of enjoying your own accompany.

Or it could be walking down a road at the midnight like a night owl, enjoying the darkness and silence and feeling the freedom like we own the world.

Or it could just be having a non-sense conversation with your special one. It’s okay to spend some time in an unproductive way.

Shouldn’t you spend some time on the above things?

Why not?

These things may not be on your goals list. But, doing these things will make you feel alive, it will make you realise who you are and what you are doing.

In the middle of this chaotic world, it’s important to take care of your inner peace too.

It’s okay to be unproductive.

Nowadays we can see on social media that even 16-year-old kids started discussing early retirement and explaining how to start a business which will get you early wealth before your 20s.

Money and wealth are essential for making our lives better and to lead a fulfilling life.

Not to make our present life miserable, and being pressured along the way.

Take some time to chill.

Here chilling doesn’t mean heading to parties and pubs. Everyone will have their own way of chilling.

The definition of chilling will differ from person to person.

You may be wondering when we should focus on goals and stuff then?

Working towards our goals and accomplishing something meaningful is what we consider being productive.

But that is not it.

Doing things which you love also will come under productive endeavours.

Don’t forget to enjoy the journey along the way.

Because you may have been working towards your goal for quite some time, but once you reach it, you may feel this is it?

You may not enjoy the feeling of accomplishing your goal for a very long time, you will soon be in a state where you should set another goal to keep you busy.

Therefore, don’t forget to enjoy the journey.

Journey is Always more special than the destination.

Enjoy every bit of it. Once you have achieved your goals, when you look back you should have plenty of stories to tell. It’s not just only about describing pressured moments and hurdles you have come across.
